We have two specialties at Kwik Dry Systems, Kwik Dry for short,
I: carpet cleaning. We use all natural safe products in your home and business, with the exception of some very strong cleanser, that we only use if necessary. These products are people and pet friendly. Our system has three distinct benefits from most carpet cleaning companies.

First, your carpet dries in about 1 hour. We are often asked, ?How does our carpet dry so fast?? the answer is we use an all natural citrus solvent that actually dissolves soil instead of attracting soil. We need less water because of the citrus and then we use a rotary scrubber that actually scrubs your carpet, more friction (elbow grease) less water.

Second benefit to our system, we get your carpet cleaner. Because we scrub your carpet we can get it cleaner than if we ?just put water down and sucked it out?.

Third benefit you will receive is your carpet will stay clean longer, because you don?t have all that water and soap attracting new soil.

We also have a great product for pet accidents that we apply as we clean. (This can be purchased as well) One way to keep your home and carpet as clean as possible is to have a great vacuum. We sell a great commercial vacuum for under $300.00

You CAN have clean carpets and pets.

First, great vacuum, second, for inside and outside pets (dogs) have a hard surface outside right before the entrance. This helps the soils fall off their paws. Third if they have an accident in the carpet here is some steps to take.

A: Clean the infected area with a dry towel.

B: spray our pet bacteria on the spot.

C: scrub area with white towel

D: if spot seems to linger re-spray our pet bacteria on spot then lay a hot, wet, white towel on the spot. Leave towel on spot for several hours then repeat until spot is gone. The towel will cause the urine to wick into the towel; you will have to wash the towel in-between steps.

II: our second specialty is water damage clean up. Our goal is to clean and then dry your home or business before secondary damages set in. Secondary damage is the negative results of too much moisture in a building. Mold is a common problem in a wet building. Pluming problems are usually the cause of a water problem in a building, and then weather related problems are next. If cleaning and drying your home and business doesn?t completely take care of your problem we can repair, replace and install anything that may be compromised and beyond repair. IE : carpet or carpet pad, dry wall or cabinets. We work well with insurance companies and can assist you in this process.
