This buildings roof collapsed about a year ago due to too much snow. They replaced the roof; however they did not dry out any of the moisture. Since then, the high humidity level has slowly rotted out much of the roof allowing squirrels to get in and cause more damage. In the pictures you can see some great examples of mold and decay.
This ceiling could have been saved if they would have dried it out promptly.
