Mold Removal

S. chartarum (often known as black mold) is a reproducing fungi. This usually grows in indoor areas that have had any water damage problems. Inhaling this mold over a length of time can cause headaches, allergic reactions, nausea, vomitting and bleeding of the lungs. An estimate of 40% of all residential houses has a mold problem. Black mold can only grow (produce more spores) if some kind of moisture exists. These spores can then float by air movement and land on a suitable place to once again grow.

	In order for spores to evolve into mold, there are three elements neccessary. Moisture Nutrients Length of Time One way to check to see if you have mold is with humidity tests. A relative humidity of 55% or more will allow mold to grow.
